I would rate the engagement as a "5"
What could we have done better?

Outside of the obvious reason that the testing helped us make our service more secure, here are the other factors for that rating: * The reports were very well documented, especially showing the problem request / response and also corrected examples * The reports were provided in a combined fashion but then also a report per incident. That is thoughtful as each format served a different purpose that I appreciated very much * The security engineer's notes were also a nice bonus, and we did action at least 2 items from there to pursue * The communication with your team was easy and efficient, especially when we ended up having to share the test environment for both security testing and our own bau testing

We have worked with High Bit Security since 2001 and highly recommend their services. They have worked closely with our IT team to test and monitor our cyber defenses. Their recommendations were valuable and very relevant. They are a pleasure to work with.

We were very satisfied.
What could we have done better?
The thing we feel could have been done better is when High Bit discovered through its standard processes that [our client] is well protected and passed all attempts to penetrate it, we would have liked High Bit to "go the extra mile" and use other more advanced penetration techniques.

If needed we can provide more detailed information on techniques that we've used in the past to penetrate well protected organizations such as [our client].

Hi Emily, Thank you so much for the feedback! This engagement was a little outside of the norm in that the standard Penetration Test was conducted only in the support of the primary objective - Spear Phishing. To that end, we did not pursue some of the more advanced pentesting techniques. We also appreciate the quick turnaround, as we were waiting on a contract that was tied up in legal until we could provide the results. A reminder for our next test in February would be great.

We are very satisfied with the services that we receive from Highbit. The working relationship was already in place with our company before I took over the department so we have a relationship collectively of over five years.
What could we have done better?
That’s a very hard question because I’m very satisfied with the services.

The team is always willing to get on a call to discuss anything if we have a question. I really enjoy the extra files that are provided with the reports. I have received screenshots and sometimes video recordings of the findings. It makes it so much easier to recreate items internally to work on the remediation and to show the developers exactly what is happening so they can see the behaviors versus the desired behavior.
